Delivery Time:
We ship most orders within 5-7 business days. However, PRE-ORDER items have different ship dates! Ship dates are clearly mentioned in the description of the item - but are usually within 2-3 weeks. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, please contact us.
Pick Up:
If you choose you may pick up your items if you live locally.
Return Policy:
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You can read our return policy. Please remember that you MUST submit a return form along with your returned item.
Addresses/Lost or Stolen Merchandise:
It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. KJB Couture is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. In addition, KJB Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.
